Professional Review: Beautiful ruby color and a clean, intense nose of wild berries with just enough lactic and spicy notes. The palate shows sweet tannins and good balance, intense and fresh.
My Review: This was an oak monster on the nose. I didn't like it too much. It was too tannic and a slight earthy taste. I felt like this wine was too young and maybe I'd give it another go in a few years. I had this wine at a tasting without a meal.
